At Maya Supplies, we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping Rates
- A flat shipping rate of $15.00 applies to most orders.
- Free shipping is available for orders over $350 AUD (excluding rural/regional areas and volumetric items), interstate and rural orders over $300.00 may incur a freight charge. .
We only charge shipping at our cost, and we verify the shipping fees for each order. If you believe that the shipping cost is incorrect, please indicate this in the "Additional Notes" section at checkout. If additional shipping charges are required, we will contact you. In such cases, you will have the option to decline the sale and receive a full refund.
Courier Services
In most cases, we use Australian Post services for shipping.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, but processing times may increase during periods of high order volume.
